USA Customers
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday. Orders placed after 5:00pm PST usually ship the following business day. Orders generally take 1 or 2 days to ship. Time in transit varies by the shipping method chosen and the location of the shipping address. Generally turn around time is 1 to 6 days depending on the shipping method.

Post Office Orders which do not meet the restrictions for Post Office will be shipped by Frist Class Parcel with confirmation and charged accordingly without notification.

International Customers
Registered Air Mail:
Around 7-10 business days, we can provide Post Office Registered number for your reference but can't track. We are not responsible for lost orders once they are delivered to the post office.

Global Express Mail:
Around 3-5 business days, includeing insurance cover, we will provide tracking reference, you can go to www.USPS.com to check the status.
